He initiated HR & Job outsourcing company with name CMS Nepal where he took the responsibility of Chairman and CEO. He is certified trainer for employability (India Future) - recognized by dale Carnegie finishing school – India. He also has involved in colleges as a lecturing: finance, Marketing & banking.
Mr. Bhola Nath Dhungana
Legal Advisor
Mr. Dhungana is proficient corporate lawyer having proven track record of work experience in the capacity of litigating lawyer, legal advisor, legal counsel and company secretary in different institutions including public and private sector, commercial banking. He has skills in drafting and review of contracts, other legal deeds, documents and policies for commercial transactions and organizational development. Mr. Dhungana is also involved in teaching learning activities as visiting faculty and trainer in academic institutions under Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University and at National Banking Institute (Banking Academy of Nepal).
He possess LLM degree with specialization in commercial law and also possess license of Notary Public (with translation of Nepali legal documents to English and vice-versa) conferred by Nepal Notary Public Council.
Mr. Man Prasad Bhatta

Mr. Bhatt is the Operation Head of Food, Hygiene and Accommodation section of CMS Hospitality. He had previously worked with Ala Carte Restaurant and Hospitality Training Center as a Supervisor in the year 2008 to 2012, and had joint CMS Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as a Guest house Supervisor in 2012 and has been promoted and transferred to CMS Hospitality in the year 2016 to head the Food and Beverage Operation.

Ms. Lama is the head of HR Department at CMS Hospitality, possessing a dynamic personality and a knowledgeable employee in the field of her working. Previously worked with Aptech Computer Education as a Telemarketing in the year 2012 to 2013 and has joint CMS Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as a Reception cum HR Assistant in 2013 and had been promoted and transferred to CMS Hospitality on 2016 as a HR Officer.
Mr. Sanjay Mainali
Admin & Procurement Head
Mr. Mainali has joint CMS Hospitality in the Year 2019 as the Head of Finance Department. Mr. Mainali is also the MD of Paramount Publications established in 2014, and has worked in the Nepal Stock Exchange as a Share Broker for 3 years.
